Olympic Style Weightlifting with Anthony Hauck is now enrolling at The Miller Center.
Olympic Weightlifting (or just weightlifting as it is known abroad) is a training methodology and sport whose sole purpose is to see how much weight you can lift in the snatch, clean, and jerk.
This program is designed to focus on these three lifts, maximize your abilities, and in turn become:
• More explosive.
• More agile.
• More mobile.
• More courageous.
• More patient.
Weightlifting has the potential to redefine what it means to be an athlete. However, given the technical nature of the sport, it requires proper instruction. At The Miller Center, we have a USAW coach on our team that is highly certified and exceptionally skilled to make you the best weightlifter you can be. This program is incredibly supportive and looks to develop you over the LONG TERM. If you think that you aren’t ready for weightlifting, don’t worry! This program is designed for lifters of all abilities, from those just starting their journey to those with years of experience.
