Looking for a great way to celebrate a birthday this year? Don’t stress! Leave all the planning to The Miller Center party hosts.

We do the work while you and your guests have fun. All you need to do is bring a cake, gifts, and your loved one. We provide almost every game you can think of. If you don’t see it listed or if you have a special request, please let us know. We would love to make it happen!

Notes
-All packages include a t-shirt and a $15 discount to one summer camp, clinic or league during the upcoming year for the birthday guest.

-For kids’ parties, adults are welcome to attend at no additional cost.

-Additional food can be brought at no additional cost.

-In order to book a party, you must create an account on our website. You will then be sent an invoice. Payment in full is due by the day before the birthday party.

Party Package Options

Choose your favorite of The Miller Center’s five party packages. Packages vary based on your child’s age and desired party activities. Don’t see a package that fits exactly what you’re looking for? Choose from our extensive list of add-ons below.

Little Tots

Ages: 1-3
Time: 1.5 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 30 minutes food and presents
Kids: 10 kids (fee for extra children)
Where: One Hard Court/Turf and Multipurpose Room
Food: Three 12″ pizzas (additional pizza is $7/pie)
Drinks: 1 water per child
Activities: Parachute, puzzles, obstacle course, relay races, Legos, playground, arts & crafts
Staff: 1 Miller Center staff member to help coordinate
Includes: Basic decorations and supplies
Cost: $250

Little Stars

Ages: 2-5
Time: 1.5 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 30 minutes food and presents
Kids: 15 kids (fee for extra children)
Where: One Hard Court/Turf and Multipurpose Room
Food: Four 12″ pizzas (additional pizza is $7/pie)
Drinks: 1 water per child
Activities: One or two sports “Little Stars” style. Choose from: soccer, basketball, kickball, hockey, football, wiffleball.
Staff: 1 Miller Center staff member to help coordinate
Includes: Basic decorations and supplies
Cost: $250

Multi-Sport

This party package consists of a mix of sports and favorite kid games such as dodgeball, kickball or wiffleball.
Ages: 5+
Time: 1.5 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 30 minutes food and presents
Kids: 15 kids (fee for extra children)
Where: One Hard Court/Turf and Multipurpose Room
Food: Four 12″ pizzas (additional pizza is $7/pie)
Drinks: 1 water per child
Activities: As many sports as you would like
Staff: 1 Miller Center staff member to help coordinate
Includes: Basic decorations and supplies

Sport Specific

This party package is designed for your child to spend the day learning and playing a specific sport. This package will include drills and competitive games led by your coach.
Ages: 5+
Time: 1.5 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 30 minutes food and presents
Kids: 15 kids (fee for extra children)
Where: One Hard Court/Turf and Multipurpose Room
Food: Four 12″ pizzas (additional pizza is $7/pie)
Drinks: 1 water per child
Activities: As many sports as you would like
Staff: 1 Miller Center staff member to help coordinate
Includes: Basic decorations and supplies
Cost: $250

Brain Games

This party package is designed for the kids who love to experiment with new things like arts & crafts, science lab, and engineering (e.g. block building and legos).
Ages: 5+
Time: 1.5 hours
Schedule: 1 hour of activity, 30 minutes food and presents
Kids: 15 kids (fee for extra children)
Where: Multipurpose Room
Food: Four 12″ pizzas (additional pizza is $7/pie)
Drinks: 1 water per child
Potential Party Ideas: Painting, jewelry making, science projects, block building and paper airplane contest
Staff: 1 Miller Center staff member to help coordinate
Includes: Basic Decorations
Cost: $250 (Art Supplies NOT included)
If you would like The Miller Center to provide additional supplies for your party, an extra $100 supply fee is requested. Please provide at least 6 weeks’ notice for most supplies.

Add-Ons

The following extras may be added onto any party package.

  • Extra Party Time (30 mins): $50
  • Additional Court/Turf ($50/hour)
  • Extra Coach ($50) (If party is more than 20 kids)
  • Extra Participants ($4 for every additional kid above 15)
  • Extra Pizza ($7/pizza)
  • Extra Juice or Water ($0.50 per drink)
  • Watermelon Bowl ($10) (Serves 5-10 people)
  • Carrots and Ranch ($10) (Serves 5-10 people)
  • Fruit Tray ($40) (Serves 15-20 people)
  • Veggie Tray ($30) (Serves 10-15 people)
  • Cheese/Cracker Tray ($50) (Serves 15-20 people)

Cancellation Policy
-The Miller Center requires a 3-day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival.
-All party bookings made within 72 hours of event must be paid in full. Themes may be limited.

Facility Use Policy
-No smoking, alcoholic beverages or use of any illegal substances on the grounds.
-No profanity or fighting will be tolerated.
-No provocative clothing or clothing with offensive pictures, words or sayings.
-No dangerous activities.
-No defacing of the physical property including but not limited to: tape, staples or nails on any surfaces. (Decorations must be approved)
-No firearms, explosives, fireworks or similar items will be permitted.
-All children must be monitored at all times to keep them in the contracted spaces and maintain safety.
