Hello, my name is Robert and I am one of the Grit trainers at the Miller Center. I have been into fitness and health growing up and have been a personal trainer for two and half years. Since becoming a personal trainer, I have also become a group fitness instructor and have led boot camps, weight classes, and speed and agility clinics. I love to see members succeed and encourage them on their health and fitness journey. I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you achieve your fitness and health goals.
