It’s our first ever WINTER THAW!
On Saturday, February 16, we’re hosting a Les Mills BODYFLOW training here at The Miller Center in our Group Fitness room. Originally, we were going to cancel group fitness classes that day, but THEN WE CAME TO OUR SENSES!
COME ON OUT FOR A WINTER THAW!
We’re taking over the Performance Training gym (next to our fitness center) and offering some of our most popular classes to members and non-members alike. Haven’t tried The Miller Center yet? There will be no better time! You can come try us out on Saturday, February 16 for only $5. Our normal day-pass is $15 so this is a HUGE savings! Plus, you’ll get to sample of our best and most popular classes. Check out the schedule:
7:15 AM – GRIT with Chuck & Jess in Performance Training
7:45 AM – BodyPump with Jason & Jess in Performance Training
8:15 AM – Warrior Ride Cycle Sprint with Jason in Group Cycle
8:45 AM – BodyFlow Masterclass with Les Mills Master Instructor in Group Fitness
9:15 AM – RPM with Jason in Group Cycle (Busy class! First come, first served!)
10:15 AM – Warrior Ride with Jason in Group Cycle
The first 4 classes are available to non-members ALL FOR JUST $5! Essentially, our day pass for that day drops from $15 to $5. Members are welcome to attend for free. The 9:15 and 10:15 Cycle classes are only available to members. This is a great opportunity to expose our classes, instructors and facility to members and non-members.
Whether or not you are able to attend, please promote this event to your classes. If you are able to attend, I encourage you to reach out to Chuck, Jess J, and/or Jason to collaborate co-teaching/shadow teaching.
