PWR!Moves™ Fitness Class for Parkinson’s

PWR!Moves® is designed around four basic elements of exercise, targeted to help counteract bradykinesia, rigidity, and incoordination. The foundational elements of PWR!Moves® are: PWR! UP – antigravity extension, PWR! ROCK – weight shifting, PWR! TWIST – axial mobility, and PWR! STEP – transitional movement training.
