PWR!Moves™ Fitness Class for Parkinson’s
PWR!Moves® is designed around four basic elements of exercise, targeted to help counteract bradykinesia, rigidity, and incoordination. The foundational elements of PWR!Moves® are: PWR! UP antigravity extension, PWR! ROCK weight shifting, PWR! TWIST axial mobility, and PWR! STEP transitional movement training.
All PWR!Moves® classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from noon to 1:00 PM.
