PWR!Moves™ Fitness Class for Parkinson’s

PWR!Moves® is designed around four basic elements of exercise, targeted to help counteract bradykinesia, rigidity, and incoordination. The foundational elements of PWR!Moves® are:
PWR! UP – antigravity extension
PWR! ROCK – weight shifting
PWR! TWIST – axial mobility
PWR! STEP – transitional movement training

Mondays & Wednesdays from noon to 1 PM
Class runs September 10th – October 5th, 2018
