All sales are final. Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and expire after the time frames listed below.
- A single session is to be purchased the day it is taken; if purchased ahead it will expire after two weeks.
- Packages of 4 sessions expire 2 months after the start date
- Packages of 8 sessions expire 4 months after the start date
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your trainer. 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note. There is a no-refund policy on all packages purchased – a client may only receive a refund or extension on expiration date if accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.

Pilates Fusion with Janice
Janice Leeser leads our newest addition designed to tone and sculpt while developing functional strength, body control, and body awareness. This low-impact class combines heightened mental focus with precise controlled movements. This fun but challenging workout will feature lots of variety while fusing mat Pilates with functional mobility. Max of 8 participants per class so act fast! **Due to COVID, additional requirements will be sent out to each participant.

Join Lewisburg YMCA Personal Trainer Dylan Yoder for a new series designed for athletes looking solidify their fundamentals and gain a competitive advantage all in a fun and rewarding environment.
YOUTH – 6 TO 13
For this age group, the main focus is building foundational strength and developing proper movement mechanics. Each class is one hour with 45 minutes of agility and strength training and concludes with 15 minutes of GAME TIME.
TEENS – 13 TO 18
In this group, each individual gets their own custom workout program specifically designed for them and their goals. Each class will include different types of agility training and a wide range of strength training.

Stay active into retirement and keep doing the things you love! Functional Fitness incorporates integrated movement routines to increase strength, balance and flexibility. This low impact but intense workout aims to improve endurance and agility. One hour sessions with our personal trainer Janice will be tailored to meet client’s specific needs and abilities. Participants must be able to get up and down off of the floor and bear limited weight on knees and shoulders. Class sessions will run monthly and are open to the first 10 members to sign up! *Due to COVID, all participants must wear a mask at all times.
MAD FIT with Maddy
Build more than just muscle! Sculpt and shape your body through lifting weights. Program designed for women ages 20-60 who are sick and tired of the same old cardio routine and harsh dieting with minimal results. Learn correct technique and form from our certified trainer, Maddy Gorini. All the feel of personal training in a small group setting to help hold yourself accountable. Each individual will have an appropriate program designed for them to reach their goals.
E.A.S.T. Sculpt Squad
This small group is designed for 18-25 year old women who want to get in to strength training. Each individual will get their own custom workout program specifically designed for them and their goals. Within these programs you can expect all different types of mobility training along with a wide range of strength/body sculpting training. Each session will be led by certified personal trainer Maddy Gorini. Training is Tuesday/Thursday at 1-2pm in the Sport Performance Area. Questions? Email Maddy for more info.
