All sales are final. Sessions and packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and expire after the time frames listed below.
- A single session is to be purchased the day it is taken; if purchased ahead it will expire after two weeks.
- Packages of 4 sessions expire 2 months after the start date
- Packages of 8 sessions expire 4 months after the start date
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your trainer. 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling in order to receive credit for the session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to show up for a session will result in the client being charged for the session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency accompanied by a doctor’s note. There is a no-refund policy on all packages purchased – a client may only receive a refund or extension on expiration date if accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Clients are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.
Small Group Training
Train like a Titan! Join us for a small group training program that will push you to your limit. Get ready to be challenged physically and mentally. Each session will be led by Lewisburg YMCA personal trainer Kyle Sheesley who has designed this program to get you faster, stronger and in better condition. Titan Youth Training
Just like our adult Titan Training small group training, this one is geared for participants 12 – 18 years old. Also led by personal trainer, Kyle Sheesley, you’ll get the same experience as the adult class but with a special focus on youth safety. Each session will involve circuit training to help improve your cardio and strength. Class size is limited so don’t delay!
Pilates Fusion with Janice
Janice Leeser leads our newest addition designed to tone and sculpt while developing functional strength, body control, and body awareness. This low-impact class combines heightened mental focus with precise controlled movements. This fun but challenging workout will feature lots of variety while fusing mat Pilates with functional mobility. Max of 8 participants per class so act fast! **Due to COVID, additional requirements will be sent out to each participant.
TRX and More with Janice
Join us this fall for a small group training program that will focus on form, function, balance, strength and flexibility. This training will target 55-70 year olds who are looking for a great work out, a strong community to connect with, and the feel of a personal trainer. Space is limited so sign up today! All participants will need to fill out a health history form and schedule a brief assessment with Janice before the group starts. Sessions will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 1 pm (12 total sessions).
Beginner Quick Fit
Here’s a brand new small group training with certified personal trainer Kevin Klock for a 30 minute cardio and 30 minute strength training circuit. If you’re looking to get a great whole-body workout while also learning WHY you’re doing the moves your doing, THIS IS YOUR PROGRAM!
