Slim Down

This 4-week program is designed to get you fit and help you slim down your waistline! Spend time with our certified personal trainer Anthony and lose those few extra pounds you’ve been wanting to drop. These small group personal training sessions include multiple uses with our Styku Body Scanner, including both “before” and “after” scans to show improvements in clients’ overall body image. Class is limited to the first 6 registrants, and will meet in the Sports Performance Room at The Miller Center.
