Small Group Training
Small Group Training presents an opportunity to experience the creativity and motivation of a trainer at a more affordable price. Workouts are tailored directly to the needs of the group to maximize each individual’s experience in a specific way. Groups are typically 4 to 12 people, which is a great way for participants to form an accountability group to help each other achieve greater results.

Wake Up With Anthony
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6 to 7am.
This program is designed for the working class that needs to get in and out before work in the morning. In this class you will train in all the different types of exercise including, cardiovascular, stabilization, strength endurance, strength hypertrophy, pure strength, power, and flexibility. If you are looking for a small group that continues to progress properly and safely this session is for you. This class will be continuously running; in which you receive a total of 12 sessions. Once you use all 12 sessions you can re-join or choose to discontinue. All 12 sessions will need to be used within 2 months of first session. Anyone can join at any time, just notify Anthony of your joining.

TRX Tabata AM
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 to 7am. Beginning October 1 and ending October 24, 2019.
Our new high intensity interval training program with Anthony Hauck will feature the TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) Suspension Training to improve muscular endurance, core stability, flexibility, and balance. This program is designed to help you burn calories fast while doing it in only a 30 minute workout. If you don’t have a lot of time to work out then this is a perfect program for you. 20 seconds of activity followed by 10 seconds of rest; repeat until 7 rounds are completed for each exercise. All exercises are body weight and can easily be adjusted to make the workout more intense or less intense. This will be an entire body workout that anyone can join, no matter your fitness level.

Advanced TRX

Senior Cyclones
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 to 10am. Beginning September 9 and ending October 2, 2019.
If you are 65 years of age or older and have always wanted to give indoor cycling a try, it’s time to join the “Senior Cyclones” small group indoor cycling class with Cindy! This small group cycling class is led by a certified coach who will monitor your heart rate and provide a safe exercise protocol in a controlled environment. Increase your cardiovascular health, enhance mood, reduce stress, increase endurance and make new friends! Pre-class assessment is required! Class size is limited to 9.

Couch to 5K
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm, and Saturdays from 9 to 10am. Beginning September 16 and ending November 9, 2019.
This program is designed for those that have never run a 5K (3.1 miles) before and would like to train for one. It could also apply to experienced runners that have gotten away from the sport or might be recovering from an injury. Each participant will get to work with each personal trainer as they designed a cross training program to help you achieve your goals while not just having to run/walk each session. You will get to cycle, use the TRX machine, strength train, learn proper stretching techniques and have talks about taking care of your body. This program will run 3 times a week. Each session includes a run/walk segment and a group trainer segment. Registration fees for this program include the registration fee for the 5K race that will take place at the conclusion of the program. The W&L Subaru Outrun 5K race to benefit those with Parkinson’s disease will be on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 9am.

Pedal and Metal
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15pm. Beginning October 14 and ending November 6, 2019.
In Chapter One, we’ll start your workout with 30 mins of cycling with Jesse. Packed into this 30-minute cardio burn, we’ll focus on a more strength-based ride as we whip those legs into shape. Then we’ll transition into Chapter Two, an upper body strength-based program with Matt, focusing on various types of resistance training: barbell lifting, kettlebell work, variable resistance bands, and more. Pedal and Metal is a neatly packaged full-body workout, all tailored to the goals and abilities of the participants involved. All ability levels are welcome!
