Superheroes in Training
Studies show young individuals who workout have a reduced risk of getting injuries during sports or other activities. This class is geared toward teaching kids the proper way to workout with the hopes of starting a life long passion in being fit and avoiding injuries while being active. There will be no weights involved, mostly body weight exercises and resistance bands. Whether you’re a young athlete or just an adult wanting to get your kids moving right, this is the class for you. Come join us!
When: Every Monday and Wednesday from September 10th to October 3rd, 3:15pm-4:15pm.
Cost (for entire session): Member – $99 / Non-Member – $125
