My name is Olivia Conklin and I am from Montoursville, PA. I graduated from Misericordia University this past spring of 2022 with a Health Science, specialization in Exercise Science degree. I completed a four-month internship here at the Miller Center during my last semester of college. After graduation, I received my certification as a NETA Certified Personal Trainer. Along with personal training, I also train the Phase III Cardiac Rehab clients and I teach a Parkinson’s class here at the Y. I really enjoy personal training because I love exercise and I love to help people achieve their goals. I did competitive dance all throughout high school and I also ran cross country for six years. I am a very active person and I especially enjoy outdoor activities, such as hiking and going for walks. I am very excited to be a trainer here at the Y and I cannot wait to help others achieve their goals through exercise!
